At JP & Family Inc. Roofing Specialists we believe the best warranty you can get is a financially sound company willing to analyze problems, determine what caused them, and quickly take care of them. When signing a warranty with us you can rest easy knowing we back it with more than 30 years of problem solving experience.
Depending on the type of system specified and installed, we offer various warranty options. Standard Roof Specialist warranties are non-prorated and are included with each system at no additional cost to you.
Typical warranties include Material Only, Standard, and No Dollar Limit options. Warranty lengths range from 10 years to our 30-year Partnership Pledge. Contact us for specific guidelines.
Certainteed Sure Start Plus is a 50yr warranty which covers materials, labor, tear-off, disposal and workmanship.
IKO Iron Clad Warranty on Cambridge shingles extends to 15 years covering materials and workmanship.

Rae & I would like to Thank you and your excellent crew for the new roof you installed for us this past week. We would like to say especially, that both the workmanship and professionalism displayed by your installers was outstanding. Our roof looks like a million dollars, and the yard is cleaner than when you started. I had gotten many estimates, and you beat them all, while giving us first rate materials and workmanship, on a very large and difficult roof! I would like to also mention that ours is the second roof you have done for our family, since we were so pleased with the work you did on Rae’s father’s camp on Sebago.
